1. Where do you source your meat?
We work with trusted local farms and partners who follow the highest halal and quality standards to ensure our meat is fresh, healthy, and responsibly sourced.
2. Is your meat fresh or frozen?
All orders are delivered fresh, never frozen, so you can enjoy the best taste and quality.
3. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the Twin Cities metro area, St. Cloud, and Mankato.
4. How does delivery scheduling work?
You’ll choose from available delivery dates at checkout. Each delivery window has limited capacity, so if one is full, you’ll see the next available date.
5. What happens if no delivery dates are available soon?
If there are no available dates within 6 weeks, your order will be placed in Pending. Your payment will be authorized but not charged until a date is assigned.
6. How does wholesale goat ordering work?
For wholesale goat, you’ll pay a deposit upfront. The final balance is adjusted based on the actual weight at delivery.
7. What cuts of meat do you offer?
- Goat & Lamb: Whole, half, or quarter.
- Bundles: Monthly subscription boxes for easy meal planning.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments (credit/debit) and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout experience.
9. Do you offer pickup?
No, we are delivery only to keep the process simple and convenient.
10. Will I get updates about my order?
Yes! You’ll receive SMS notifications for order confirmations, delivery scheduling, and updates until your order arrives at your door.
